Easy to create the keys. Unfortunately, they didn't work. Called and had no issue getting refund. Issue, most likely caused because only key given to us was already a duplicate

Machine directions were clear, concise and useful. Steps followed. Machine did its thing excellently. Bummer no change from machine. I'd expected a person so I had a 10. 1 key for 5. Or 3 keys for 10. So now I have spares. It took about 5 minutes for all things.
