  Quick and easy. Probably paid a little more than asking a clerk to make a copy for me, but didn't have to wait for a clerk and process was simple. Good quality duplicate keys with convenient service.

  The Minute Key machine to duplicate my key was easy to use and the price was fair. The key copy doesn't slide into the keyhole as well as the original (which is also new), but it isn't difficult to use and it works just as well as the master key when turning the lock. I would use Minute Key again. I am torn on liking or disliking the ability to digitally save my key, but I lean towards disliking. I chose not to digitally save my key because it's new to me and from my perspective, it's bad enough hackers can get access to my bank account, I'm worried they could access my house or car if they hacked my email address.

  I bought 4 new designer Keys for our granddaughters, they picked their keys from choices and we got 2 free brass keys. All keys worked very good. All were happy with their new keys.
