About what I expected. I put my standard door key in the machine and about 10 minutes later I had 3 keys. Of course I was upcharged, buy 2 keys get 3, and then the never ending surveys to find out how good it was. All in all, it wasn't great, it took way longer than a minute, and there is no personal interaction like you get when you have a real person cut a key. I will never use one of these machines again.
