  I had a small issue with a key, so I called the customer service number and Gil was so super helpful and nice. The issue was quickly resolved. I am very pleased with the service and product!!

  I had four identical deadbolt keys made. Two worked rather roughly until working them a few times. The other two would not turn the deadbolt. 50% is not passing!
