  Update 02/03/2022 - I was informed via email "I do show the kiosk is working fine, I've had no other issues reported." Absence of complaints does not equate to the machine being serviced. I have already gotten a key elsewhere since I couldn't confirm the machine had been serviced. Their promptness in the refund process is commendable and increases their rating in my mind. Update 02/01/2022 - Refund showed up on Credit Card statement Update 01/31/2022 - Sent information to escalation email as requested via review response from "owner". Will update again when I have more information. - Received information from original submission that refund was being issued, I inquired back about to see if the machine had been serviced yet as I still needed keys **************Original Review 2 stars*************** I needed a key made after normal business hours in the LaFayette, GA area. I loved the fact that this was in a convenient location and was self serve. When i first walked up, the Walmart door greeter said that it hasn't worked for a while and people keep calling the number. Recent person called and it was outside of business hours for them. Contracted person for repair has a huge service territory which makes it difficult. It was cheap and I had no other options, so I rolled the dice. It was simple to use and quick. When the key dropped, it dropped about an inch from the dispenser hole. I could see it just staring back at me in defiance through the glass. These machines would be wonderful if they were well maintained. This is my only experience with this company and these machines, so maybe this is an isolated incident. I have asked for a refund via their online process and will update my review with more details around that process later.
