  I had 3 keys made, the machine is easy to use, the cost is fair and my keys all work fine. They are a little “stiff” (not the right word, but I don’t know how to describe it), because they are brand new. But all tested and work fine. I love having the digital key available for emergencies.

  I made 3 keys and none of them worked. I even tried other doors to make sure it wasn't just me copying the wrong key. The keys didn't turn the locks in any of my doors. I already requested a refund and it was quickly accepted. Normally at that point I would stop complaining, but they've sent me 3 emails asking me to write a review.
