  Had good luck in the past. Tried to get copies of a different key—none of them work. Waiting to see about a refund. UPDATE: The customer service was solid. They refunded my purchase and apologized for not being able to replicate my key.

  I cut 4 keys at kiosk. Three did not work. Lowes then cut 3 keys on their machine and none of those worked. Very frustrating. Went to Ace Hardware to get keys that worked.
