  For the most part, I got exactly what I paid for and a bit more. The buy 2 keys get 1 free is a very nice feature. The trouble I had was paying for it and then understanding the machine. There is a credit/debit machine attached, tapping my card didn't get any response at all and then when I slid the chip on my card in, the display read "processing" for about 3 minutes before I gave up and pulled my card out. I had to leave and return after my shopping so that I could have exact cash on me to pay by cash. The other issue was the spoken language. When you first start to use the machine the written and spoken words are all in English, however when you get to the payment section the written stays English but the spoken language changes to Spanish. If you try toggling the language button it turns the written to Spanish as well while leaving the spoken still in Spanish. So those were my two issues, overall they're pretty minor, more annoying than anything. As I said at the beginning I got a great value for what I paid and I would certain use the machine again as well as recommend it to anyone I hear might be needing a key made.

  Well the machine and the whole experience was good but my key did not work. I needed a copy of my mailbox key which is long and kind of on the thinner side. So they key that was made did not fit at all in my mailbox. So i wasted 3.25 for a key i can not use. Wish i could get a refund but we shall see. I will contact customer service to see what my options are and if not i will try going to a hardware store to see if i can get a key made.

  I had copied a key and one it was finished copying I heard the key drop but it never came out of the slot. I checked again once I took out my original key. My duplicate key never came out. I emailed customer service and have not heard from them yet. I'm concerned some else could get my duplicated key. The only plus was it made my duplicate key in about a minute. That's why I give them 2 stars.
