  Called this morning gave them all my contact info address and all. Received a text stating that we would receive a call from technician shortly. I called them back over an hour later to let them know I had not heard from technician. Was put on hold for 15 minutes then called back and again put on hold another 15 minutes. So I just waited finally I called 4 hours after the 1st call and was told oh I was about to call you can tell you we do not have a technician in your area! So if you are expecting a call back I would not call this company.
