  The key the machine made didn't fit the front door of the house. I used this service to try to save time but realized haste makes waste. I should've driven a little further to the hardware store (where I had to go anyways). The man said it wasn't even the same key. I put the original key in the slot all the way, the machine locked it, I made my key selection and the key was made. The teeth looked fine but it was the way the end of the key was that was the wrong type. Since it's a vending machine in Walmart, no way to get my $5.00 back. Live and learn. Only had to pay $2.65 at the hardware store.

  Made 5 keys, but the two most expensive Red Sox logo keys don't work at all, they don't even fit in the door dead bolt lock. ironically, the 3 cheap keys all work. Would never use again, wasted $10 on the two logo keys Update: They reached out to me immediately and provided a full refund. Excellent customer service

  Credit card transaction would not work, but cash worked well. Key making Machine was fast and keys worked well.
