  Took two keys I needed to make 2 copies of each. The process was pretty simple and painless while there. Keys were made and paid for at the kiosk. Finished my shopping and went home only to find that none, not one key, worked in the locks they were made for. I live on an island so this is not an easy return, but it's what I have to do now because the machine failed take an adequate key.

  I needed extra housekeys made; it was very easy to do this with their machine they had in the Lowes store. I didn't have to find an attendant to help me as the machine made it real simple to follow. The cost was $5 to make a key which was worth it to me.

  Just insert your key and let the machine do the rest. Very easy to follow instructions. Price is a little steep for a machine doing everything instead of human.
