  I used the Minute Key kiosk because as usual every merchant is under staffed, and nobody was available to make a key at the in-store machine. I gave this 3 stars because while it did make me a key, the kiosk was only able to copy 1 of the 2 house keys I needed to copy. This resulted in me having to hunt down an employee and have them cut the 2nd on the in-store machine. Pretty cool concept...when it works.
