Keys worked ok. They are a little stiff as the machine at my Lowes location needed maintenance. What I don’t like is the basic Kay has your letters on the key head. I don’t like the feel of it and I don’t like that the key itself is an advertisement. At least make a solid head key with an embossed logo if you have to advertise. I’d pay a $1 more to get a plain key.

The keys worked! The instructions were easy to follow and i didnt need a Lowe's employee to get this done , nor did i have to wait.

Easy to use. Better than trying to find anyone who works at Lowes in Trussville to assist you. At least the damn thing works. Key worked perfectly.
