  My key didn't work. I sent an email to request for a refund & they refunded me my money. Although my key didn't work, I will still consider getting my keys made by Minute Key because of their customer service. Thanks

  Perfect. Super easy to use, quick, the keys worked perfectly, and it’s also very affordable, it even offered me an extra key for 1 cent. Overall it’s just better in every way than having a person cut the keys for you at a hardware store.
