  Kiosk was very easy to use and competitively priced. Unfortunately my keys didn't work. If look at the original and the Minute Key side by side, the original is ever so slightly thicker than the MK. I think this matters and the kiosk didn't detect or differentiate the difference. Customer service was awesome! The representative gave me a refund without any hassle and was very disappointed that it did not work out for me. I will definitely try the kiosk again.

  I bought three house keys from the minute machine in Lowes last night. None of them work. Thanks…. Now I have to spend more time going back to get them remade. Horrible machine giving lousy results.

  Ordinarily, I hardly write long comments regarding a product. Not that I don’t want to, but because I believe I may not have enough patience to put the details together. Having said that, I am taking exception to the rule by virtue of my experience with Minute Key recently. Let me start by saying that I am a regular user of Minute Key Kiosk. I have used them several times over the years and my experience has been great! I would rather use them than go a Lock Smith. This is because I am so fascinated with the technology! I am always mesmerized with the visual of the arm picking the exact match of the key you selected and then taking it to the cutting device. It is so cool! Not to talk of the line color of their Kiosk. I love it! Don’t mind me, that’s who I am! By the way, Minute Key did not pay me to write this review, but wanted to do because of the prompt response to my complaints. I went to one of their Kiosk recently in my area to make duplicates of a key. I made 5 duplicates and it so happened this time around all the 5 I made did not work unlike the others I have made over the years at the same location. I really don’t know what happened this time around! While I was thinking that I may have wasted my money because I do not know how I can complain to them and more so I don’t want to drive back to the store as I have this believe that the store will probably not able to help me. Anyway, it was a good thing I requested that my receipt be sent to me via email which I received! In the email I saw a place where you could tell them your experience and that’s what I did not sure they respond! To my utmost surprise I got a respond within 24 hours from them, apologizing about my experience and with full refund of my money! That was indeed amazing to me! They stood by their word! That was to Professionalism and a very good response! I will definitely patronize them again and again! It is possible that the Kiosk at the location where I made the duplicates may need to be serviced. Thank you so much Minute Key for your response and professionalism! You are true to your word! Wish other companies will emulate you guys!
