  I purchased 3 keys the first time and none of them worked in the door. I attempted a second time, only tried one this time, and it still didn’t work in the door. The key I am copying is fairly new. First time I called and received a refund quite quickly, I didn’t bother the second time. I won’t attempt again.

  Made the mistake unfortunately. Tried to copy one key and used the buy 2 get 1 free offer. All 3 of the keys did not work. Go to a local locksmith or a reputable hardware store.
