  I misplaced the only set of house keys I had and had to lock my door and rush off to work. After work, I went to a key kiosk at a home improvement store to duplicate house keys I had previously saved to the Key Hero app and shazam, they worked. Luckily, I found my original set of keys a couple of days later in the kitchen trash bin. I'm glad I downloaded the Key Hero app and used it. Thanks!!

  This is the second time I've had this key copied and none of the keys work. I was unable to get a refund for the first set of keys made because I never received an email copy of my receipt but I will get a refund for the second set of keys made. While I love the automatic key maker, the lack of an actual locksmith is frustrating.

  Quick n easy and I didn't have to speak to any other human. Very accommodating to my social anxiety while deepening the wedge between human connection and myself. Would do it again.
