  The Machine operated quickly and easily however two of the four keys I cut would not open my locks. Customer service was very responsive and quickly refunded me for the keys that would not work.

  This was my first time using the Minute Key Kiosk at Lowes, it was simple and convenient and I like the MK key. My only drawback was that it offered me a free brass key ring for a 2nd key, when I selected a 2nd key I got NO brass key ring! Other than that I like the MK kiosk!

  Went to 3 minute key machines before I got the key I needed made.First one card reader wouldn't work, second one ran out of the key I needed, and third I finally got my one key made but for 5 bucks plus the gas driving around town going to different minute key machines.Talk about a test of patients😆
