  I am giving this a three only based on the fact three times out of the five times the keys made worked perfectly and the other two times it worked partially. Hard to explain how the set of keys made here did not work on all the three locks that are keyed similarly, some of them opens one way but not the other way, you can enter but not lock or unlock from inside, and similar problems. For other locations than these three the keys made here worked. Try to explain that! But for the convenience, I would have given lower rating, a good keymaker in a hardware store will probably be using a same technology, but the experience and finishing it manually does make a difference.Can I get the money for those three keys times two sets back?
