  It relativity easy to use, could be better. The keys always seem to work effortlessly. It does seem a bit high in price especially since no person is involved, the customer does it all. Both good and bad, don't have to wait for an associate which is horrible at Lowe's in LaVale, MD. If you do have a problem though, well sorry about your luck.

  Instructions are confusing, and takes forever to set up. Give a price list beside pics of keys, and quality wanted. Press start and make keys. You're welcome, please send royalty checks to me when you develop this new machine.

  Tommy Moyer, we are glad we could help! With our digital key application, just scan your key and save it to the KeyHero app. Then if you've lost your key or just need a spare, you can cut one without needing the original. You can also share your digital key with someone, so they can cut a spare.
