  Perfect! So convenient! No waiting for customer service to show up. This concept is much better! Very clear instructions. Accurate copying. No need to worry about taking key back to be adjusted or replaced. Excellent idea installing the machine.

  This service was great. Went to other key makers and had to bring the key back because it didn't work. But this make your own key service machine worked perfect, when I got home the key worked just fine.

  Key was nice but didn't work. Not thier problem its was a German key for a house door. It couldn't make the fine cuts. But if your using a standard America key works fine.
