  I made 3 copies of my mailbox key and 2 of my house key. The house keys were perfect. The mail keys were not. I complained to the customer service and was given an IMMEDIATE refund! Can’t ask fir better service than that!

  Followed all instructions- then got new key but got cut on one side of blank and not the other side as well. New key not even close to original that needs cut on both sides of blank.
