  The machine worked fine and it cut the key in no time but it didn't cut it correctly and it doesn't work in my locks. Not satisfied at all.

  Key didn't work, had to return and get my money back. What was so sad was that the machine was in Lowes and they couldn't correctly copy a Lowes key. Took it to Hardmans and they got it first time.
