  Had 3 keys cut at this kiosk and none of them worked. The key had sharp edges and burs which needed to be brushed off.

  It was fast and easy, easy follow directions and the keys worked the first time with no problems. Just insert the key select the amount of keys to be made and sit back and wait.

  Machine cut copies into the wrong size blank, did not fit the lock. Lowe's could not assist with customer service because it is a third party vendor. Proceed with caution.
