  I was trying to have three keys made. One was made fine, one was not in their system, and the third was made obviously incorrectly. The key was too long. I took it to the desk at Lowe's and instead of giving me my money back they gave me in-store credit. So I had to spend money in the store in order to get my money back for something that didn't work. I will not use these machines ever again. I would much rather deal with a person.
