  near the end of the transaction, they tell you can get a free brass key in addition to whatever fancy key you've chosen. however, the interface isn't clear on how to make this happen. you were only ever give the choice to pay for a second key--including one made from brass. i cancelled the process and went through this several times. i could never figure out how to get the promised free brass key. the two keys i made work just fine. other than that free brass key, most everything was relatively straightforward and easy to use. kiosks at other locations can offer you a free "digital" key where you are emailed a digital copy and can make copies in the future without the physical key. it would be great if this kiosk had that. they offered at least 8 different key styles to choose from.
