  Got an excellent deal and friendly service when I sold my car. I would have given 5 stars, but the process took just over an hour, and I was quoted on the phone 20-25 min. Probably just hangry. Would recommend highly, and will likely use again.

  I was hesitant driving over 2 hours to sell my car to CarMax, but I decided to take the chance and the experience was the absolute greatest!! Dillon Wing at the Fort Wayne, IN store took care of us right away. Not only did I received exactly what my online appraisal was for, we were in and out in under an hour. I have never experienced such a streamlined process. Would do it again!

  Excellect!! AJ who helped me at the Ft. Wayne location was very polite and helpful!! He went over everything that would be involved with selling my car to CarMax and helped with any questions I had. I signed a few papers and received my check (for the online offer). I was in and out of there in about 35-45 minutes (without a headache)!!! All the other employees there were also very nice and polite. I have told friends to go to there if they are looking to sell their cars. (I did not purchase a car only reason as I already have one).
