  The process was simple. However, the keys it made, 4 in all, did not work in the lock. Still waiting for the company to respond to my refund request. Anymore, I’ll do the old fashioned get them cut by a person.

  I've used the Kiosks twice before. Out of around 8 keys that I had made only 2 worked. My suggestion is find a local locksmith or hardware store that does it.

  Best part, they key copied actually works! I've used other "self key-making kiosk's" before and the copied keys are difficult to use IF they work at all. Minute key was super simple, quick and reasonably priced. Will definitely use again!
