  I purchased 2 keys. They both did not work. Specifically, the straight edged groove that runs horizontally through the key is too large compared to the key I wanted to copy.

  Made 10 copies of office key for employees. Fast, easy to use. Reasonably priced. Was disappointed that I could not copy a master padlock key. Machine apparently did not carry the right blanks.
