Quick and easy to make keys, however a little pricy compared to going to the local hardware store. Still, the convenience and selection of keys was good.

Overall, Minute Key is great. I like the idea of having a digital key saved in their system but having to go to the kiosk to retrieve the key didn't cut down on time, unless you lose the "only" key you have. I was looking to make more office keys. I would have liked having the option to make the request online and have the key sent to me in the mail. Just a thought.
