  Disappointed! Minute Key Kiosk was located in Lowe's. I read and followed the directions and paid for the process. The machine found the key to cut. The machine cut the teeth on the first half of the new key then a straight line down the second half of the key, no teeth. The teeth on the first half did not line up with any teeth on the master key. Lowe's could not reimburse the money, you have to call the center. I have not called yet.

  The keys were perfect! And considering that I got three keys for the price of two, an excellent value. The problem was PAYING for them. I slid my credit card using both the method of insertion and 'slide' but the system would not respond at all. I thought it might have been that particular credit card, but then I tried a different credit card and just brought it close to the reader, which turned out to be a 'tap-to-pay' device. This 'tap-to-pay' reader immediately processed my credit card (although not the original card) and everything was just fine after that. I got my e-receipt in my email and everything was fine. BTW, the Minute Key kiosk I used was inside a Lowe's store, and no one in Lowe's noticed me or tried to assist me. This has truly become a 'self-service' world, and that has both good and not-so-good aspects.... Again, the keys the kiosk made were perfect!

  Purchased 2 keys for 1 free at the lowes kiosk. They didn't work on my lock. It's a machine so I shouldn't expect much. With more technology comes more issues. I'm going to Ace hardware to replace Minute key at lowes mistake. When you need something done right its OK to pay a little more especially if the job needs done promptly.
