  Bought some key blanks online because Lowes was out of them, returned to get them cut and the guy in that department told me they don't cut the keys if they aren't bought from Lowes. I then called The Mooresville store and they told me to bring them in. They looked at it and then cut them for me. What is funny is I had the very same key that was pictured on the front of the cutting machine. Horrible service and a really bad employee at the Troutman store. He looked as if he was miserable to be there and acted like I was troubling him to ask for the keys to get cut.

  I mean it was a automated machine. The value was ok! Professionalism, it is a automated machine. I mean it is not a human being. Responsive, it doesn’t talk. 🤣🤣 I mean it did what it was supposed to. The end of the day it is a machine.
