Both keys unlocked but jammed in the locks preventing me from extracting the key. Had to use vice grips. Because the key design had holes (should have been solid), I was afraid they would snap off!

Needed duplicate keys. Went to Lowes & used the self serve machine. Worked great. Kinda pricey & it is cheaper to have someone do it for you in a regular hardware store but all the keys worked.
