  This was my first time using Minute Key and will likely be my last. I purchased buy two and get one free keys, the machine made my first two keys with no problem. However, when it said it was cutting my third key, it never dispensed the key to me. I asked the Lowe’s employee for help and they said there wasn’t anything they could do about it and that I would need to call the 800 phone number for Minute Key. I was in a hurry to get the keys, so I had to leave without my 3rd key. Very frustrating and not helpful that the store these machines are placed in can’t help if there is a system malfunction.
