  Right now I must give this service only three stars. This is my first time using one of their kiosks. I copied two keys. One came out fine and functions. The other key was mis-cut. Missing teeth and of course will not work. I've submitted a refund request through their website customer service form. We will see what happens.

  Everything was good except I didn’t get the key 🔑 with “Home” on it that I requested. Not sure of what I did wrong. Overall it was a good experience. Thanks!!!
