  I was super bummed because I spent at least 20 minutes trying to figure out how to pick out a key at the Lowe’s in Plymouth and I even asked for help and they called somebody supposedly but nobody came to help me figure out how to choose the type of key I wanted… So I am disappointed because I ended up with a plain brass key which I wanted one of the options that they offered because it was a house key for my daughter and she picked out the one that said “home” with a heart And she was super upset that it did not come out as the one that we were trying to pick out. So I paid four dollars for a plain key.. I will probably make sure to just go to Walmart next time because they make the keys for me and you can pick the one out and they carve it right there.
