  The machine is super easy to use, but my issue was that 5 of the 14 keys I made did not work. I guess that's what your going to have to deal with and why they are so helpful and nice about refunding you or giving you a free key code.

  Needed to get some keys copied & all the local locksmiths had already closed. I didn't know about Minute Key (inside of Lowes), but I was very happy to get in and get out in just a few minutes.

  My husband and I own a few short term rentals. We misplaced a set of keys and we were in a bind. Until we remembered that we had made digital copies. We were able to go right to the kiosk and print out the keys we needed!!! I will continue to use this service going forward!!!
