The wire brush was not working correctly on this machine. It left metal fragments on the keys. Good news was my third key was free. Bad news was the key was hung on the delivery chute by the metal fragments the brush didn't remove. Lowes was unable to retrieve key because they didn't have a key to the machine. Very Disappointing!
