  The keys will work with force but are nothing like what they were copied from. The extra key that was advertised, and purchase, during the process was not produced. It was not a good experience. Sorry.

  Requested 4 keys. Did not drop one key, the 3 keys it did drop, did not work. Returned them and had them remade by someone else.

  Needed some extra keys for my house. Typically you go to the local hardware store and have someone make them for you. I saw this kiosk there and decided to give it a try. It was easy, effortless and reasonably priced. I will definitely use it again
