  Got a free key for buying 2 copies. Automatic self service. I used this machine after waiting in the key section of the store for an attendant to make my keys. After 2-3 calls on the service bell Noone showed up and I happened to spot Minute key. It was easy to use. All the keys worked easily and I have a digital copy on file show I ever need to make another key in the future. Each key to about a minute to make after getting myself set up. I highly recommend.

  None of the keys worked, got a refund and threw them out. Had the keys made by hand by the Lowes hardware departments and those worked fine. I will not use minuteKEY again.

  My key was quickly made, but it is not as good as the original. In fact, I was about to go and return it when I decided to give it one more try with a really big twist and it finally worked. So I would say our new spare key is difficult to use, but it works. With a lot of effort.
