  This was my first experience with this technology. The keys were cut right the first time and no issues with the others. My issues was the claim of if you buy two and you will get one for free. This was not true with the other keys that I purchased... So, I was not completely satisfied!

  The keys work perfectly. They had many cute designs to choose from. We purchased 2 and received 1 for free.

  I really like getting my keys using Minute Key self- service kiosk. The buy 2 get 1 free is a really good deal. My favorite feature is the tie in with Key Hero which allows cloud storage of a digital key. This can be accessed by the owner or digitally shared with another person. No more sending keys thru the mail or what to do when I've lost my keys and there's no other physical copy. It would be good if there were more design, color and actual key label options. A very minor point in a very useful product and process.
