  Out of the three keys cut, only one works from the automated kiosk. I emailed their customer service. No immediate response. Still waiting for resolution. Yo just need to respond to your automated email receipt sent to me. I sent two requests for assistance with no reply.

  Made 5 keys and every single one of them worked. Also, my family got to get a different design for each person. Love them. I had keys made else where and had to go back to the store as none of them worked. So happy with this business.
