  Have used a few times with no issues. Last time I bought two keys get one free. The cut was off on all three keys in the same place. Went to a kiosk at a different Loews and those were fine. Didn’t bother with getting a refund. Guessing there was an issue with the grinders at the first kiosk.

  I've used this kiosk in the past for keys but this key didn't work this time :( Lowe's made me a new key for free
