  I liked the service with Minute Key. The key from kiosk came out in under 2 mins. Unfortunately my key was not working due to more thickness. Then i was worried; how will i tell this to kiosk that my key is not working. I need a refund or another key. I dialed the customer care. And without any questions asked just like their kiosk; under 2 mins the amount was refunded.
