I had just installed 2 new locks which were keyed the same so I needed 2 new keys. I purchased 2 and received a free one. When I got back home only 1 key worked and it only worked in 1 lock! I now have to make new keys and pay additional money. Not worth it!

Very simple process. Did not have to wait to find store associate that can run key machine. Good selection, key works perfectly. Excellent value. In and out of Lowe's in less than 5 minutes.
