  Self-serve kiosk in Lowes I found it pricey and the process took longer than I wanted to wait. Not as convenient as handing a key to a guy and say "I'll pick them up when I'm on my way out of the store". Also, the replicated key got stuck in discharge chute, which was seemingly impossible from my view through the little window... but there it was. I called a Lowe's manager over thinking they had a key to the fancy vending machine so they could just to reach in and grab the key. No.... they solution was to call the 800 number on the box. Yeah...no. I left without my key. So I can't comment on the quality of the cut... just the machine. I guess if I needed a key made in the middle of the night and saw one of these machines outside a gas station, it might be worth it, as long as nobody was there to see you shake the machine to get your new key out.
