I had two keys made and only one worked. Tried to log into KeyHero but I can’t get a verification e-mail, even though I got my receipts by e-mail. Will have to go back to the store.

I had 2 keys made, both keys you need to pull out just a little bit, you just can't slip them in and turn, They work, but not like the original keys. If you put the old key against the new key the new key is just cut more at the top 😥

Overall this is a very fast and quick service. I have used once before as well and it worked really well. I gave 3 stars because the touch screen on the recent once I used was not working well. I wanted a Darth Vader key cover and instead it gave a Jack skeleton (but hey we like him better, but it was not an option on the touch screen). When we went to go try the key out, it wasn't working. I figured out that I couldn't stick the key all the way in. I had to keep a part of the key out for it to work. We were in a rush and it was frustrating to try an figure out (my son had to use the restroom). Overall not bad but not the greatest.
