  Its okay. All stores should be cleaner. Team members should all be uniform in appearance. Kindness should be a given. Prices are fair. Too many things from China, Vietnam etc. Wih there were more from USA. DO NOT LIKE PETS ARE TOLERATED. NO NO NO Menards sells food. No pets should be allowed. Service dogs...LEGIT ones yes but pets no. Rebate is great though.

  After waiting for 15" and not even being served at the other lock store in Athens (by Sol), I went to Lowe's, followed the instructions, on this machine, and got 4 perfectly cut brass keys for my kid's apartment in town. $10 for all four. It took me 10 minutes start to end. This will be my first stop in the future. The automatic key cutter at Walmart tried 3 times to scan my key and failed, telling me to check back later because they're always adding keys. LOL.

  My experience wasn't a good 1 because I couldn't even get anyone to help me even though they advertise as being in my area!!!
