  The touch screen wasn't cooperating being too sensitive or needing multiple taps. Also the plant a tree screen didn't have an exit or "no thanks" to get out. Had to cancel the job & start over... then it didn't clear the job and sold me 3 extra keys (an extra $12). Probably my LAST time to use the automated key kiosk. There's a hardware store just down the street with REAL PEOPLE!
