  10/10 Would Recommend & Absolutely Will Repeat! I called two companies to get a quote for a tow, and this was the second of the two that I called. Although this company gave me a slightly higher price, I knew that I was going to go with them just because of the questions he asked.. I could tell he knew what he was talking about. The #1 thing that sealed the deal for me, was looking at the reviews for both this company and the other one who quoted me... I could not believe my eyes when I read some of the reviews and even worse the responses from these other guys... It didn't matter how many more reviews they had, even with an overall 4.9 stars, there was NO way I was going to hire them. I called Rich back to see how long it would take for him to meet me by the car & he was ready when I was basically... When I got there, he was already getting to work! Overall great experience & I will definitely recommend MKE Towing & Roadside Service to anyone I know who needs a tow! Thanks again, Rich!!

  Tried to use them for roadside assistance. They took our number and said they would put us on a list and they never called back nor came to help. They said they could get to us probably later in the afternoon, but never called us back.

  Hello Christine! We are very very sorry we were unable to assist you. If you did not receive a call it is most certainly because we simply did not have any cancellations and no space were we were able to squeeze the call in. This is why we inform everyone who we are unable to schedule a call for we can put you on a list to give you a call back if we see the opportunity to accommodate a extra motorist but this does not in any way guarantee service so please continue to look as the main goal is to get home safely. How ever we do do our best to help as many motorists as we can this is the reason for our list. So we are again very sorry for any misunderstanding or miscommunication on our part if you being placed on a list was mistaken for an scheduled call. It was just our way of possibly being a solution in the event you were still unable to find help and we were able to find an opening to assist in which we would have certainly given you a call to see if you still needed assistance.
